On China
While perusing the internets I came across Antiquaria, an amazing shop/blog that features a registry option for vintage china. Genius! What I love most is this mix and match gold China set that you can purchase. I mean, it’s amazing! I can just picture a delightful dinner party featuring all of these patterns and tones.
All of this china reminded me of my china set (see below), which I did not register for, but bought at an estate sale. It’s a full set – including serving pieces, platters, and the cutest tiny espresso cups – that I got for less than $200! I have several friends that did not register for china when they got married, and I thought about doing the same. However, when this estate sale find popped into the picture I just had to take it. I then developed a setting around the china – including stemware and flatware.
Did you register for china? Will you register for china?
I didn’t register for china but I love these!
